Refund Policy
All products come with a 30-day return warranty from the date your item was received.
We accept returns for all items within 30 days of receipt, whether defective or non-defective, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all accessories, parts, and user manuals originally received.
Wrong or Defective Items
If you received the wrong item, please contact us via email. We will arrange to deliver the correct item or issue a full refund if you do not want a replacement.
For defective or faulty products, please take photos or videos and email us. We will replace your purchase after confirmation, free of charge.
Please Note: This policy does not cover misuse, accidental damage, water damage, or any abuse of the purchased product.
Returns & Refunds
We offer free return shipping on all eligible returns. A return label can be downloaded and printed from your order confirmation email.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be in the same condition that you received it
Be unused and in its original packaging without tampering
Include everything received (user manuals, parts & accessories)

Any return found to be opened, used, or showing signs of damage will immediately void the refund/exchange.
All refunds are processed within 72 hours of receiving the returned merchandise. Depending on your bank, there is often a processing time before a refund is posted. If you still have not received your refund within 2 weeks, please contact us at our support email.
NOTE: Do NOT contact your credit card company for a chargeback, as this will result in delays and additional paperwork on your behalf.
Order Cancellations
We are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped.
If your order has not yet shipped and we are able to stop it, we will cancel your order. A 25% restocking fee will apply to cancelled orders.
